With more than 20 years of experience, Olivia is a seasoned real estate professional and community leader with a strong background in commercial real estate and investment properties. She holds a bachelor’s degree in math and psychology, along with a master’s degree in administration and management of schools from Pepperdine University. Her academic foundation supports her analytical, thoughtful approach to real estate.

Olivia began her career in education, teaching high school algebra and geometry and serving as a school administrator with LAUSD. She later transitioned into management roles in the automotive industry before becoming Executive Director of a nonprofit real estate agency. These varied leadership roles shaped her ability to think strategically, manage complex transactions, and guide clients with clarity and confidence.

Today, Olivia works with buyers and sellers through strategic investment planning, with a strong focus on creating exceptional client experiences. She brings a disciplined, service oriented mindset to every transaction, helping clients make informed decisions that align with both their immediate goals and long term plans.

Olivia is also widely respected for her leadership and service in the community. She served as the 2022–2023 District Governor for Rotary International District 5280, supporting initiatives that benefit foster youth, raise awareness of neurodegenerative diseases, and combat human trafficking.
